One that is of a three litres capacity, made by CamelBak, would seem to fit the bill, admirably.
I also did a trip with Alex ( enduro himalaya) about 15 years ago fantastic experience we nearly booked again a couple of years ago then decided it wouldn’t be the same experience…a few of us did suffer with the altitude but nothing serious but you do need to be fairly “fit” would be my advice and yes he does like a drink at the end of the day but always the first one up in the morning
Fantastic looking trip!! Been watching That Biker Simons series, just amazing altogether. Curious as to how you would choose which adventure to do between the Roof of India Vs Rode to Everest. 
Rode to Everest is looking like it may have some challenges at the moment, because the bridge at the Tibet/Nepal border has been washed away. Reconstruction has already started. I'm hoping I'll still be able to go in October.
It seems an alternative border crossing has now been opened.
