Givi Maxia Topbox

i am the third owner of this fine piece of Italian craftsmanship and it has done well over 100k miles both home and abroad on the back of more bikes than I can actually remember over the 16 years I've had it. Yes, it's an antique! Still fully waterproof, solid and useful but I'm having a clear-out and I have a vario on the back of the GS which, while smaller and still ugly, is more presentable than this aging beauty. I believe it's colour-coded to a VFR750. Well, most of it is - the bits that aren't scratched or chipped. It's not a thing of beauty. But it does have two keys. 52 litres, I believe.

The asking price for this design masterpiece is precisely zero of your fine British pounds and for those doubting whether it's worth as much as this i would draw your attention to the Touratech sticker on the back which must make it worth at least three times what I'm asking. There's also a Ducati sticker but we won't mention that as it's unreliable and may fall off quite soon.

Collection only from Welwyn Garden City. I have neither the time nor the inclination to go looking for a box to put it in (it's already a box).

If you're quick you can also have the lovely alloy mudguard that it's so artfully displayed upon in the photo.

Can I take this fine red item off your hands please? Unfortunately I will have to pass on the nice shiney silver thing.

Will pm you later if that's OK?

Ian, is the offer of the shiney thing still on ? Like a magpie/crow i can't see one without finding a place to display it :)

Hi Mike.

Yes, you're welcome to it. It's actually about 2/3 of a long one that I bought years ago for reasons that escape me now. I have the other 1/3 too which you're also welcome to. Drop me a PM and we can fix a time that's convenient for you to collect. Far preferable to me taking it to the tip!

Car internal Cycle holder

Any good to anyone.
It's for storing one or two bikes internally in a vehicle, but of course can be used anywhere I guess.

The long vertical bits are for holding the front wheels, whilst you secure the front forks to the smaller bits. You will need to sort out how you are going to secure it, maybe to a board in the boot using some large 'P' clips or similar. But it's no longer needed and a shame to bin it.
Well made, all parts are metal.
Collection from Hatfield, Herts pop some pennies in a charity tin please, ta

1150 crud catcher

I have a brand new one from rugged roads. Definitely does not fit with the 1150gsa crash bars. Can't vouch for the standard 1150 bars or any other. Faffed about with it today so some oily fingerprints otherwise unmarked.

Would like a swop for something like wunderlich bar bag, SE colours crash bar pads, wider footrests or some nice Apple bling such as Apple TV or some lightning cables etc. Or any combination. Suggestions welcome.

A bit Noel's Swop Shop I know so rather than clog this thread up with pictures of roller scates and soda streams, pm me instead. Be prepared to post item(s), a fiver will cover most stuff to my address.
