I have just replaced my alternator as a cautionary change. Nothing wrong with the old one, but at 100K miles the brushes are probably well worn. I was going to replace them, and any bearings if necessary, but I picked uo a cheap 8k mile one on EBay...

Before it disappears into the shed/skip does anyone want it for rebuilding?

Sofa bed

We've got a sofa bed looking for a new home. It's in Bourne End near Marlow and will be available at the end of next month (May). We need it until then as the house is sold and almost empty of furniture but we still need something to sit on!

If anyone is interested to see it before then we will be there wednesday to saturday next week. It's in good nick and has removable washable covers.

Two Graco Child Seats.

I have two 'Graco Child Seats' that I bought new when my kids needed them. They now sit taking up space but are just too good to throw away.

I am happy for someone on here to make use of them. They are ideal if for instance you have a second car to save changing seats over all of the time; or if you are 'Grandparents' to save all the hassle when they come to stay over.....
