Cycle Trainer

This has hardly been used, I'd rather suffer the cold than sit in the garage going nowhere. There are a couple of blades missing from the fan but that doesn't seem to affect anything. You just remove the bike front wheel, adjust the height of the bottom bracket support, adjust the length of the bottom bar and off you go- nowhere. I've used it on road bikes and MTBs though it works best with a reasonably smooth tyre.
