Non-bike related Free Stuff ........

I have a little used, non-working compressor available for collection from EN7 postcode area.

I suspect it's the switch needing replacement - I switched it on and there was a click and nothing else. I replaced the fuse in the plug and it made no difference. There may be a separate fuse in the switch - either way they cost less than a tenner.

I'd not bothered trying to repair as I wanted a larger/higher capacity one.

That’s a great little machine to have in a box, on the driveway.

I hope it won’t end up on the tip.

Regrettably it may go that way.

Shame, but I have no use for it.

Shame I’m too far away… I’d have a go at getting that going and do what Grizz suggested but you’d think there would be a queue of folk in that area.

I am sure there's nothing mechanically wrong with and the switches are really cheap and easy to fit - you can buy them for under £10.00

Bit of a long shot:

I’m clearing out some stuff at work, and we have three coil winding machines, one a 2001 Bobifil, the other are much older, one of these is hand operated.

If you’re making or refurbishing guitar pickups, or something similar, these might be just what you want.

Currently in Folkestone. Free to a good home, if you collect! (Can put on a pallet and ship at cost.)

Please PM me. I’d really like these not to go in the tip.

Bump time.

For the sake of less than £10.00 you could have a little used compressor

If only…..

I don’t know anyone over that way either.

Guess I lose.

@Grizz - i'm the same distance the other side sadly

I think I've got a spare switch for it too which makes it even more painful....

I would straight away build a box for it to the right of my porch and use a hose to have a pump on the drive.

That would mean not fetching mine all the way from the bottom of the garden.

Well, now... Here's a turn up for the books....

Have just been asked to go and survey a customer site in Harlow.....

Let me get dates / times sorted and see if I can make it work with Mr Bean's availability.

Happy to store / fix / break and bring it over to you another time Grizz - or possibly detour via Grizz mansions on my way home.

Everything is possible

Brilliant.

Also 100% happy not to have your shadow on my threshold.

That is if you can use and want the compressor for your work shop.

Most importantly, saving a kitten today. Trusting @Mr Bean is able to trip over it for a few days till FFS has his logistics figured.

PS. Thanks Fil.

Bet your boss didn’t know about your business expansion plans.

No use to me. But I hate to see good stuff go to the tip.

I’m my own boss when it comes to time management.

But I can claim my mileage to Harlow and that’s half the battle here.

Let’s see if this can be made to happen

I live just north of J25 M25.

Happy to hold on to it until you or Grizz can make it.

Pm your email address and I'll send you details of how to find me as sat nav's normally get it wrong.

Nitro XXL jacket in excellent condition. It has been hanging in the wardrobe for years and has had very little use. Complete with a pair or padded trousers that again have seen little/no use. Both have some armour in them. I'm 6'2" and around 44-46" chest/38" waist.
FOC to anyone who wants to collect them perhaps if they are starting out motorcycling. I expect postage would be a fiver if they have to be posted anywhereIMG_5938.JPGIMG_5932.JPG
