Guys, my 2610 was delivered from GPSW last Friday, I got one of the refurb units, I registered it on Saturday and have an email from garmin confirming registration. I have just tried to order V9 and when I input my coupon code it tells me
This Master Coupon Code does not contain any Garmin units that currently have MapSource updates available.

Am I doing something wrong...

Dabba - Yep, that's how it works...
WEE BOAB - You need to contact Garmin support.. You might need to give them proof of purchase, but they'll sort it out for you.

just got a 2610 2 weeks ago from gpsw. Had a prob registering online so phoned Garmin UK who did it over the phone last week. The guy told me to phone back in a fortnight (28th) and they would have the new dvd and forward my copy. He said it should be quicker than online ordering.
