SATURDAY 17TH OCTOBER
Ploughjocky (Richard) has posted on the Yamaha Super Tenere site his plan for a autumn ride out, he has asked me to post on here as he is not registered on the GSER site.
The route will be based largely on a route which Richard and his buddy Charlie planed and scouted for the Tiger 800 club annual get-together, hosted May this year in Diss, the triumph guys all enjoyed the route and commented on how well it had been put together.
Richards original start point was the Triumph clubs base hotel in Diss, but after a bit of a rethink he now considers a better place to meet up and start from will be "Posh Piggs" café at Ellough a mile off the A146, couple of miles outside of Beccles.
I will add a brief route plan once I have spoken to Richard later in the week, which from memory takes us down to the Suffolk coast back up through via a cross country route to the North Norfolk coast, anyone wanting to hook up and join us along the route welcome to do so.
As the days are a bit shorter in October we will be looking at an early-ish start, again I will confirm this once I have spoken to Richard.
I don't think that Richard intends this ride out to be "Super Tenere exclusive" although the more S10s the better.
