For those of you who know and also those of you who don't know, Normandy Beaches B & B is a great place to stop off in region, but especially if you are thinking of doing any WW2 site visits.
Usually this place is well booked up and it is hard to get a place there for most of the 'season', unless booked well ahead. As this weekend the weather is predicted to be fantastic, I had decided to make another (late) dash across the channel before the good weather goes. On the off chance I spoke to Adrian and Karen and they had some space left!!!!!
I have taken two rooms and I am going with four mates, but there is still space for anyone else who fancies a late break in the glorious sunshine. The Tunnel is only £25 leaving first thing one day and returning last thing the next!
So whilst it is not an open invite 'per se' (and mods feel free to move this if it felt it is in the wrong location), I would heartily recommend anyone thinking of a last minute blast to move quickly!
I had tried other 'recommended' accommodation and they are all booked up as there has been a late season surge in this part of France, so was really surprised they had any space!!
