See you later chaps, meeting Darren at Tesco Baldock and then down the A507 via Buntingford and then to the layby, I presume it is the large truck one after the bridge over the valley and just south of the Ware turn off?

What a great turnout tonight! 15 bikes in all and good to put yet more faces to names even though I will probably forget all of them before we meet again:blast

Good to meet you Steve I love the stickers:thumb

There were, so I am told, fourteen GSs and one Japanese learner-special.

Much bollox was spoken; much nosebag consumed:

GS Rider shows his new spooning technique:

Unfortunately the line of immaculate BMWs was spoiled by some tosser's paraffin-pisser parked in the middle of the line-up:

The owner of the jap-crap was eventually identified as the person who stood well away from the UKGSers:

Does anyone recognise this interloper?

That was fun

Great to meet so many people. Particularly those who braved the Bill and Mark show for the first time:D. Very nice to meet another SE rider. Easy to spot by the extra big grin.:bounce1:bounce1

Things were getting quite crowded in the bar area. Who paid for the ice creams? :nenau

Path.

WTF were all those lardy GS'es doing there? I could've sworn it was the Yamaha YBR125 owners club meet there last night.:augie

Anyway, I managed to do a reverse wheelie when I left last night. I actually managed to get the back wheel up in the air:eek: Bet you GS boys can't do that. :JB

As a newbie to these things (this being my first event) I would just like to say a big thank you to everybody.
It was great - good to meet some of you and hopefully meet others another time.
My list of extras I need for the bike has grown - thanks to all the advice!
Thanks for inviting me down and looking after me.

See you all soon
From the man with the very broad smile and the SE :)
Nick
