North London meeting - Thursday 14th August 2008 - another Green Lanes rideout!

Sorry, can't make this month, flying over to the Isle of Man on Thursday evening for meeting on Friday. Catch you next month

Sod the weather, this rideout is a goer!

I've done a route - a gentle amble around 8 or 9 of Hertfordshire's finest lanes. Totally unreccied, so it'll be anybody's guess have far we get.

See you all at the RV.

Just a reminder to everyone who's up for this ride that we will ride off from the RV (SBW BMW in Hertford) at 6pm.

For long and boring reasons I will not have a mobile phone that can accept incoming calls, so don't be late!

The weather conditions currently look ideal - sunny with a few showers to keep the dust down ;) - and I've sorted some good GS-able lanes for you all to enjoy!

We're Back!

Got back from holiday on Tuesday - got dates wrong so might come later.

Hubbie will be coming on his ST so how GS'able do you mean?
Loads of roadworks in Austria and Germany which meant lots of hardcore had to be negotiated, which my bike coped with ok but not sure the ST was much fun.

It's hard to say as I haven't reccied the route today. If he joins us at the start he can always bail out and meet us at Whitewebbs later.

Hey Greg,
Apologies (for the 3rd month running :() but I can't make it tonight after all. Bike is all kitted and ready to rock now...but on Monday I found out my landlord is being repossesed and I have to move house before the 27th August...got some viewings tonight instead :spitfire

Any chance of a gps file of the route, so at least I can follow in your footsteps?
