North/NW London where to clean the bike

For those of us without a garden, driveway, piece of free asphalt...

Do you guys know any places or gas stations where is possible to wash the bike?
Basically I'm looking for somehting like those self-service washing centers where you just pay for water and/or soap, and you wash the bike or car on your own.

It's spring. My bike it's covered in tree/plants "semen" and I don't like it a bit!
