North Wales GPS Off Road Routes

Hi I'm new here and was wondering if anyone had any routes that i could transfer over to my GPS unit preferrably around Llangollen /glyn ceriog area.

i have a garmin 60csx.

i went on timpos ride at llangollen at the weekend and would really like to do a similar route again this weekend so i would be really grateful for any help that anyone can offer me as i am really bad at reading maps.

ive now got a satmap active 10 as i couldnt use the garmin so stiil - if anyone has got any routes saved and would like to send them to me i would be grateful for them - or if you fancy going out riding then let me know - im out most sundays
