North Wales trail ride. Novice/Intermediate riders welcome. 12th August.

Sounds like a great ride-out brewing here, with a good crowd, I am sure Timpo will be a great host and ride leader always

Have a good one and hope the sun comes out for you guys :):beerjug:

Have fun

Would love to have joined you Timpo, sounds like some of the routes we did from Ruthin last time. I am doing D2D this month so another trip would be really ripping the ar*e out of the brownies. Would love another pop at the "Corwen carwash" Chubby

Hey Timpo

Been away from the PC all week and just saw this. Its ages since I've slid off the XC on one of your rides - shout me if a place opens up.

Paul

Timpos ride out

Looks like i`ve missed out as well, if a place becomes available me, and my old CRM250 would love to come along too.

Lucy (the stunt monkey) has been collecting a few more bruises and also honing her ford diving and forward roll skills this weekend and is looking forward to next Tuesday... so don't forget your cameras :D:D:D

Hi Timpo,

Just got back from hols so I've missed out on the ride but I might come down and join you all for tea. :beerjug:

I'll put it in my diary now.

Take care and have fun,

Lynchy :D

Timpo,

I'm afraid work is calling and I have to go to London on that day now, not something I can avoid.

Hopefully one of the other chaps can make use of the space.

Enjoy the day and I'll think of you when on the train :spitfire

Next time.
Gareth

OK, a few ammendments have been made.
There is camping available the nights before or after the ride. Toilets/shower/beer/good food (evening) available if you wish to make it a stop-over, I am.

Timpo.

After a somewhat wet start a great days riding was had.

I don't know how Timpo does it - I'm sure all the trails were "new ones" for me, again.

Good company and some really nice covered trails, the nicest I've ever ridden. Nice easy pace, with just the right amount of involving trails to keep concentration (and sweat levels) up.

Big thank you to Timpo.:clap

............and seconded :thumb2

The trails were more than challanging enough for my level of ability; just as I was starting to get flustered on a tricky bit so we were led onto a nice easy bit for a 'rest' - a perfect combination :)

The area is so beautiful, well worth the drive over from Nottingham. Infact, as we rode along that ridge looking out over the valley and coast line I really thought I'd died and gone to heaven :) I'm defo. up for popping over that way again.

Nice to have at last met some peeps from here and thanks agian for everybodies patience over my, ahem, late arrival.

And thanks, of course, Timpo :beerjug:

Andres

PS I'll bung a few piccies off my phone this evening.

Many thanks Timpo, a superb mix of trails lead by a master :bow

After her 7th close mud/soil inspection Lucy decided she didn't want to spoil her day with any more so we decided to head back to the start.

Denise and I rolled up at 7.45pm to find an empty car park, with just Timpo, Sarah and Lynchy propping up the bar. We had an excellent meal though, on what turned out to be a very pleasant evening. Sorry we missed you all.
Mark

Thanks to every one for a "grand day out". Especially Timpo. His knowledge of the area never fails to amaze me. After dire weather forecasts I expected rain of biblical proportions. In the event it was surprisingly almost like a summers day. It was the perfect day for me after being out for some time due to injury, varied lanes, not to hard and a nice pace and good company. Spot on again Timpo....F

A quick thankyou

Just to say thanks to Timpo and everyone yesterday, had a fantastic day, but god i`m unfit, i`m aching all over today, but there again the aches and pains may be the result of one of my tumbles!!

Thanks again
