OK, I am leading a trail ride on Wednesday 16th June.
The ride will start at 0900hrs, the rendez-vous is between Chirk and Llangollen on Byway 73 just West of Froncysyllte on the A5.
The loop will be suitable for pogo bikes only.
Please have a full tank at the start of the day, and then more fuel is at 50 miles where coffee, sandwiches and pies can also be purchased, and it expected that we will cover approx 130 miles during the day.

All bikes must be adequately silenced and it is advised to display a legal sized number plate, as we are in the realms of NW Police.
No race numbers are required for this ride, it is not an enduro or race.

Vans and car/trailers can be left at Chirk village car park, which is free. Please ensure you lock your trailer to your car, just in case.

If you fancy a day out, please put your name to the thread and what bike you'll be bringing.

Would like to come but I pick little Em up from school on a Wednesday.

Have a fun, safe day,

Timpo, for some reason this video won't embed in a PM?

Do you remember a while back when I said I was getting abnormal wear marks on my chain & I thought it was the lower chain slider casing?
It's all getting clearer now!

Check out how much the chain moves...

Yep, they're fecked...... but I've seen worse!:augie
I reckon they have been over greased........!
They'll get you by for tomorrow but that's it......:P

Don't hammer the swingarm pivot bolt, it will need some hydraulic pulling power on it. If you hammer it, it will just rivet the threaded end over and this will then never go through the engine member.

Timpo.

:D I read reports of the pivot shaft seizing so today I slackened the nut off & twatted the nut with a copper mallet - it moved OK.
Picking up a set of bearings from Rhys on the way back from our ride tomorrow.

:beerjug:

Gear's ready, bike's ready but am I?
Too right I am, see you in the morning:bounce1

It's easy sitting here looking at photos but I can't help thinking Martin took the wrong line here...
