NORWAY.

THAT - - sweater ,,,,, ( 1 of 2) is a fine addition to one’s motorcycling wardrobe 👍👍
The original which has seen serious action in the pursuit of motorcycle adventures ,,,, came from the village of Monchique in Portugal
The newer one which has also seen sterling service ,, came from a specialist maker in Iceland .
If I ever give up motorcycling ,,, I may auction them at Bonhams 😂

Going up through Sweden is the quicker and easier route to get north fast. 3 or 4 days of nothing but trees and then you have more time to meander back down through Norway. :thumb2
I’m off for 44 days next June / July and that’s the route I’ll be taking. One week to get up to the Nordkapp ( to tick it off the list ) then just over 3 weeks exploring as much as possible heading back.
This series of videos is perfect to make notes from of places to see and roads to take. :clap
That's exactly why we done Sweden. Maximise our time in Norway.

Great video, rode a few of those roads when we were in Norway. They are truly breathtaking. The place is quite beautiful, it's hard to know which way to look! Blue lit tunnel roundabouts are very cool!

Mike, do you use any colour filters in your editing or is it all natural?

I know T S Hansen uses a lot of “ enhancing “ filters in his videos. I think it’s a bit false trying to make everything look fantastic. I’d much rather see it as it is.
I’m hoping Runa doesn’t go the same route but I think she will seeing as they’re a couple now.

Mine is straight out the camera. I'm using a DJI Osmo Action 5 and I'm impressed how "real" it looks, it's pretty decent. The drone footage is straight out the camera too but I do have three filters to put over the.lens that I'm going to start experimenting with. I'm a reasonably experienced photographer so I understand what you mean with the colour correction or LUts the other folks have been using but I don't feel the need or have the time to grade all my clips.

Oh that’s good then. I was hoping it was all “ natural “ footage. :thumb2

I can understand filters like polarising ones to cut out light reflections etc but to change the colour of the sky to make it more blue for example, or make the grass greener, I think makes it false.
Yeah, the video may look better for YouTube but when you go to the same places and it all looks washed out.

Keep up the excellent work. :clap
I’m off to Norway next June so making plenty of notes! :thumb2
