i try avoid getting involved int hese threads. but i think looks like it was straw that broke camels back for both parties.

on any other day and when issues outside bikes were ok this would have been easily fixed by a quick chat before and after.

i do believe both are correct in their own right.

way i see it, bike condition made life hard for mechanic working on it. bit mechain should have reported any broken or failed parts and did customer want them fixed. also for someone trying run business id try keep rants out of forums as seenit happen in past where perfectly honest mech can loose business as people on public forums can take it up wrong way.

so hope it gets sorted.

This Particular Forum is a great place , where i would trust the people that i have met at the Various get togethers throughout my time here , This is the first time i have been left with a bad taste as a result of a fiscal transaction . So its a Double whammy for me ,
not only has jay dropped off my integrity list , he has damaged the UKgser "trust" that i have .

There is only one issue. I have no other Qualms ,with the Man, other than
My Switch is now broken.
The other facts are of no real relevance at all , to me.
Its that simple . I have all the documentation to show all i have said is true.
I even have a mail telling me to get the switch fixed.
The Straw that broke the camels back , was having to be directed to the
rant section . I did not deserve any of that.

If the questions are of no relevance and the answers to them then aren't relevant, what was the point in you posting any of this to start with.

If you are in the right and you want people to believe you are in the right you've gone the wrong way about it. If your next breath is to say you don't care what people think then why post any of this at all.

It's all in the details, the details you've chosen to neglect to share. You may say my questions were one sided but I thought they were reasonable ones, you just didn't like them.

Again, I don't think you can hold him responsible for something that broke due to age/wear and tear. But we don't all have to agree with each other do we, sure then what would we talk about.
