Initially I thought the Anakees were a bit twitchy, but running them at the correct pressure made a large difference. !!!
I have just completed 2000 kms in three days over the various passes, and I would have to say the grip on the Anakees was inspiring. No chicken strips at all, and very sure footed ....
The only one issue is that the blocks on the very edge of the tyre are quite well chamfered ( or maybe even "cupped). Looks dead cool though!! I am am that Alpine Pass hero !!!
So they might be quick to wear ..... but it was, at times, two up ....

They were replaced but I only got 40% of the cost from Michelin, the second set have been fine, & grip well in all conditions but I estimate won't last much over 5k miles (used to get 7-8k out of Tourances) so in view of higher cost & wear rate than Tourances that's what Ill be going back to - generally good experience with them.
