I mainly understand Tourette's is a mental disability I get that and I empathise with sufferers but I cant understand how its mainly expletive words or offensive sentences that are exploded out at random rather than an other part of the vocabulary.

My favourite was when he went through an airport security

Its just those are the ones people choose to show on the telly.
Says more about television producers than the sufferers.
