NTL audio-visual sender - any advice?

I want a sender that can transmit my ntl tv signal to other televisions in the house.
I nearly ordered one that was advertised in the daily mail last week but, amongst the small print, it says that it doesn't work with ntl boxes

Does anyone know of where I can find one at a reasonable cost or is it going to mean that I have to subscribe to another set top box?
