I understand that there's legal faff, ie vehicle reg document + identification for you, to go through to get one made, but how do you find who can do them?

Plus, is there anywhere in the Accrington (ish) area that does them?

Their plates don't have a fecking big advertisement across the bottom, just very small text with the required information on.
Two day turn round on the three plates I have had made in the last month.
