Gubbermunt Hoofwanking cockwombles have closed the A2 shore road about 2km outside Larne

There is No "go around" for this location but thankfully

(Not a large detour like the "Rest and be thankful" I think it is called that has the 85 Mile detour when something happens??

Anyway Route one easy 5 ish minute detour
Route 1 to get back on Shore road early
This gets you back on at Drains bay and in time for an Ice cream / Coffee / Dinks / Sweeties from the Spar Ballygally (Also Public Loos at the back of the car park!!!!)

Scenic inland route Not bad roads "Over the hill" and drop into Glenarm from there

Did you do the Big hill and down into Glenarm ??

Some view southward and a BMW twin is perfect to leave in gear and rest the rocker cover on the bank to the right
