any recommendations for a day at the North west 200 at the end of the week,
probably day trip

I thought twas last weekend, goes to show, 20 years ago I wouldn't have miss the weekend not forgetting the "dead sheep rally" which used to be the highlight of the year
just lost interest in the racing

(got me looking for the camera lol)

Dammed right I remember the field, backed into Margaret & Andys tent one fine Sunday morning and got 14,000 revs out of the 4000/f that had a damaged exhaust :-)
Never got the badge for 1980, would love to add it to the collection

Happy days listening to Margaret singing or was it wailing down the pub

Aye, poor Margaret, she was quite a character.

What year was the badge round with a "bullet hole" through the top of it? From memory I think it was yellow.

Dont remember Aidan, '77 was my first year there, some pics from the campsite, the roadside and the journey up, what think of the yellows, couldnt afford anything else at the time lol

Was at Metropole myself for final 2 sessions. Michael Dunlop was fierce on the brakes each lap, you could hear him locking the wheel.

Does anybody know what times the racing is being shown on BBC NI, all I can find is that 3 races will be on the red button, but no times are listed.
