odd email problem

I'm still experiencing an odd problem with an email address.

It did work for a while, but for a good few months, my fanum*AT*ukgser.com address just won't work.....in outlook, outlook express and mozilla thunderbird, I always get a message about incorrect passwords come up.

And no, they're not incorrect- I can go to web2mail and enter the precise same details, and access my ukgser mail straight away. and I've gone through the settings with BHT several times, all correct.

(and the settings used to work, and haven't been changed).

Anyone got any bright ideas???

(I know several others had the same type of problem but i'm not sure if they were resolved.)

Try a different pot number in advance settings some ISP block the standard defaults, can't remember off hand what the other port numbers are, just know that standard is 110 and 25, the email host should be able to tell you.

Same problem here still. Given up trying to use it now....

Did it alot on mine also so like others I dumped the address. Spoke to BHT who said he couldn't find anything amiss. However it seemed to have a mind of its own. Some emails came thru and others didn't. Greg bllxed me for not reading mails about TOT05 but I now realise they never appeared so I didn't dump them without reading after all.
