Off Road Routes on Quest

Hi,

Don't know if anyone can help. I have a Garmin Quest and wondered if it is possible to download off road routes from my Anquet Maps to the Quest. Is it possible as some sort of overlay?

Bit of a dummy when it comes to all this, so plain english answers much appreciated. Thanks.
