How come the property prices are so cheap up there?

Congratulations though, Snoopy....sounds like you've got yourself a bargain there...:)

Only certain areas 'Up there' :augie

It's a bargain..even for a Pikey village:comfort

What I want to know is>>>
What happened to the house/s that was on the plot to the right of the one Snoops has bought ???:eek
Also what effect will it have on his insurance ? because according to the Sat pic it's a "ratrun" road .....

But ... thank god it's not Sunderland. :rob

A very good point:thumb2

Of course you do , because you wouldn't be able to pay the morgage on the amount you'd need to borrow if you wanted to live near me and Bri ... :D

If your interested there's a nice detatched old property on the way to the Rosie with a huge coach house and drive way , perfect for a man with lots of toys ..... :comfort

It had the roof re-tiled. There is still council properties in the area and they are all being done. Mine's slate and will need doing in the next 5 years....

Don't worry about the insurance, I'm still with Carol Nash so the premium will be spread among all her customers. Oh wait .... :augie

This way I have money spare for a blacked out pimp mobile and hair products. ;)

Not that side Dumbo..:blast:blast
The double/semi sized patch of waste land next door ya fool

Eh there is a house next door! I presume you've got the wrong one up on street view.

I did hear that one caught fire 15yrs ago and was demolished but I don't know where in the estate it is ... looks like you found it. :thumb

Ah I see what you've done. The map on the page shows the center of the postcode not the house I'm buying.

I'll give you a hint, mine has a garage and a jungle in the front garden.

Andrew - seems fine. Tantobie basically (I was raised in Burnopfield).

Bit of a bargain so well done.

Got it :thumb2
It's the bottom of your garden where the waste patch is, just right for the SCROTES to climb over :(
I recommend a couple of these at the foot of your side of the fence

I've got 2 in my barn ,,,,,
You only forget to disarm them once :augie:augie DAMHIK

I'll order a few just for the crack.

I'm putting 6 foot fencing up and carpet grabbers on top to keep the cats off. Apparently they also go into flesh quite easily but not so good at coming out. :augie

Now all that's needed is a picture of James with a fireman hat on. :augie

Someone has been round and trimmed the garden front and rear. :eek

Not sure what I should read from it. The property looks much better now, which is shit if someone comes along and puts in a higher offer.

Council got sick of the jungle?
Estate agent had it on the "todo" for a while. :eek
Estate agent did it to try and get a higher offer.
