Hi guys, gonna give me 800 GS 2012 plate a interim oil change before the summer begins. Anyone recommend oil and filter to go for instead of the £145 dealer option??

I use Silkolene Super 4 20W/50 and the BMW OEM C 11.42.7.719.357 Black oil filter
