Does anyone else have problems with oil blowing past the filler cap?

I have bought a pair of black powder-coated valve covers through this site. Had them a while and just got round to fitting them. No problems at first, but suddenly oil vapour is blowing out between the filler cap housing and the valve cover. The seal between the cap and housing is ok, but housing that clicks into valve cover wth O ring seal is now loose in the cover allowing pressure to blow through.

Thought it could be bad parts so I got new bits from Sherlocks and fitted them. No problems, everything was airtight and firmly sealed. Had 3 days blasting around Wales, only 600 miles but no problems at all. Bike sat for 2 days and I went to wash it yesterday. After washing I started her up to dry it out and could see the filler cap bouncing up and down to the beat of the cylinders! On closer inspection oil vapour is blowing past the outer seal. The filler cap is nice and tight in its housing, but the housing is loose in the hole. It wasn't last week.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be changing or causing the situation.

Hate the though...

There should be no pressure in the area. If there is, maybe preassure is leacking from the cylinder..

Easy check with a pressure gauge....
