Oil radiator

Hi guys,

Need a little help here, as I'm new to GS 1150 riding.

With the crap weather North of the border recently, I've been out in a far few downpours of late.

I've noticed that if I'm at a standstill in the rain with the engine running for any length of time I see whats seems like steam coming from the Oil Radiator.

Is that normal? The bike still seems to be running great

Totally normal - it's just the water burning off the (hot) oil cooler.

Could be worse you could be off for a week with the sprogs like me. Been a tad moist today right enough.
