Went to have a look at the "Blue Hills section of the Lands end rally today. Usually a really great event. Blue hills is right on the edge of a hill overlooking the sea near St Agnes. a steep rocky track used by bikes, sidecars and motor cars. I usually like to see the vintage cars, the bikes seem to make pretty lioght work of it but to see 60 odd year old cars tackle it successfully is truly great.
Anyway, I digress. ... a fair selection of Beemers there today. an 1150 adv, 650 dakar, a 650 X thingy and three airheads including a nice looking 80 dak.
so are these guys tossers or what.

tony mate

me brett nina and alan were stoud at the top:blast
it was good to see so may of the old bikes doing the rally but was a bit wet to say the least.

shame we missed you cheers Mark

likewise sorry to have missed you too. wouldnt have recognised me though as I managed to fall over down at the bottom of the hill and looked a bit mudier than the bikes. It was a shame about the weather and something had slowed things down a bit . I left about 3 and most of the cars still hadnt got there. Great spectacle
