Soooo apologies from the geriatrics Gracie and Micky for cutting out and going to bed early, but Aiden did tell us to 'get a room'

Soooo we (Sue and myself) caught the ferry with the children aka Barney and Norm and had a night in Scotland to detox Ha Ha

The Buccleuch Arms at Moffat before going our separate ways ...

When Norm said he was "Filling up" I thought he meant petrol, but he was clearly moved by saying our goodbye's

Within minutes he was back ... had we seen his designer sunshades, they had been on the back of his 'bike when he set off

Sue and myself went for a walk and found them, in the road, Kev had probably run them over himself coming back to the hotel






Dear folk of the UKGSer ... I give you the last mortal remains, dearly departed, of Norm's designer shades

Massive thanks to you all for coming and making it a laugh once again, for the peeps that made the trip over the water, to the local yokels that helped out (you know who you are), anybody who contributed in any way foodstuffs/wine (as if they hadn't enough), Jay for the fresh mussels. This year things were a bit more cramped than normal due to us being a house down but hopefully next year we will have all four and the poor people in the other house won't have to endure the site of Barney camped on their front lawn
I forgot to say Dougal was trained to bite Polis men & Garda but he has a hell of a time differentiating between the retired ones
Sorry I was not awake to see some of you leave as my narcolepsy kicked in
...so until next time

(PS i took a car trailer almost full of bottles & cans of every description to the recycling depot )
