One man, one night - travelling light.

Burp!
Not cheap but delicious. If you're out this way that yourself, go on - you're worth it.

So here we are, something I've wanted to see for a while and it's not a disappointment. I've long been an admirer of Sikh people and their culture so it's nice to get here and pay my respects to them and one of their people.

I'd certainly recommend the cafe alongside. All of the food looked delicious.
And,I have to say if you like little toads with grass growing down the middle you're spoilt for choice here.

Brilliant. I do like a mini adventure. (y)

Thank you for taking the time to share your mini-adventure. Proof, if any were needed, that you don’t have to go miles away, just to have a good time.

Elveden Church, Suffolk. A beautiful place. Whether it's the rightful resting place of the Prince of The Punjab I'll let others decide.

I'm now in Burnham Market.

Round these parts, more commonly known as Chelsea-on-Sea.

Full of hooray- henries weeekends and summer holidays.

ps. Nice little trip report.

Lot of single track lanes with grass in the centre.

Excellent, as Wapping's said you don't need to go far for an adventure. Nicely done, thanks for posting

Thanks for all the nice comments, I'm home again, home again jiggedy jig.
Called in to see my elderly chum on the way home, he was looking and sounding great so that was a nice way to finish the couple of days.
And you're all right, 'twas only a short trip and I almost didn't bother but I'm pleased I did.
Note to self: North Norfolk is worth more time.

Nothing quite like riding away from your place.................knowing you're sleeping elsewhere that night.

Glad you back safe, thanks for writing it up, and getting me off my arse too finish my Katoom one :)

Its all a life enriching adventure, its just the scale of map that changes on bigger trips (y)

As others have said Ive enjoyed your trip report & agree wholeheartedly about how far away you have to go for an ‘adventure’.
I’m inspired to do something similar up and around the Yorkshire Dales.
Watch this space & thanks…
