One off suspension component needed. Can anyone make it?

My mountain bike has started to wear out so I need a new rocker link made, it's the green bit in the picture, it has bearings in the top holes. Steel or aluminium would be fine. Thanks.

Just replace the bearings?

Or is there more too it than the obvious?
