DAMN not checking what you have typed before posting...........

The oil appears to be coming from the exhaust port area on the left hand cylinder. It has been mentioned that there is a `known` problem with the `94 model heads cracking.

THis is a course of action i could persue but before doing this i would like to understand what i am gonna be asking the dealer to do.As with most things i have to have an idea about cost!

Take it to Mick Barr in Scraproft .He is the man to sort it. He's gotter do mine first though

Hi Jam,
If it is bent valves as in two exhaust valves, to replace and reseat it should be no more than £90 that includes parts & labour Bmw prices.
