My 800GS went in for a service this morning, and I was given this for the morning

Now I expected to enjoy the ride, but quite how much I enjoyed it stunned me. Just so much more composed than the 800, more wind protection, and a peachy twin cam engine :drool

Returned it to the garage at lunchtime.

Left 2 hours later having bought this:

(The bike you filthy lot!)

Should be picking it up next weekend :JB

Nice one, like the wire wheels.

Did they charge you for the loan bike in the first place???

:augie

You jammy wotsit.....:augie

I own an 800 and have sampled the lovely smooth purr of the 1200 too. I will get mine, eventually.....one day :rob

No, not a penny :P

Mmm - interesting....everytime I go to Bahnstormer, they charge for the loan bike. Note to self - must have a word with them............. (or take my custom to a dealer where you get a free loan bike)

They did the same to me Sam but i cant afford the upgrade just yet :(

I had to pay about 6 beer tokens for the insurance on the loan bike

New 30th 1200GS

Love the pic of the new 30th. Mine is coming next month as I have ordered with no ESA as I do not need it for my use, also no tyre pressure control after reading all the feedbacks.
This will be my 4th 1200GS, love them all,:rob no problems with any of them, great bike.

She know's she has no say in such matters and has so far kept quiet. I am sure I'll pay for it in one way or another though :blast
