Use a safety pin, bend the very tip of the point over and slide it alongside and use the point to grip the card and pull.

I failed to ever remove the broken pin from mine. I’m on my third Nav6 since then. Bought a Nav5 from this parish to use on big trips though. Still trust the 5 more than the 6

I have a Nav 5 also from the 30th Anniversary Hexhead I bought. I tried all the paper clip ideas etc. in the end I took it completely to bits. Managed to get the broken card out but unfortunately could not save the card slot.
Amazing that after putting it back together ( circuit board bits etc ) it worked just fine!!
Internal memory has enough for whole of the Nordics and Eastern Europe so it’s worth hanging onto. I use the Nav 6 anyway. I have had no bother with it at all despite all the problems I have read about.
I am however thinking of trying out the Carpuride. Just trying to find out if it fits four button cradle. Busy day
