There's a clue in the title!

We are having an open day to celebrate the start of Summer(!) and the new season. Once again we will have various bike related companies and organisations on site so there will be lots of like minded people to talk to.
Attractions so far include:

Charlie Boorman's 1150 and 1200 GSA's.
The Blue Light off road club
Charity Auction at 12.00
All day entertainment from our (mad) DJ
Escorted demo rides, please call to book your place
All day BBQ and hot drinks free of charge
Free bike health checks all day (by appointment)

We are still awaiting confirmation from other parties so watch this space......

If any of you are feeling a bit guilty about coming to our open days, eating our food, drinking our coffee, and not buying anything............................................................................................................................... BUY SOMETHING!!!

For those who don't know where we are......TN2 3UE

might come if you promise not to bend my arm into buying another bike ????

He's been twisting my arm for years

Tony still cant win an arm wrestle.

I must admit these sexy new fangled lightweight machines are nice, but i still love Helga the 1150.:JB

My dear friends, you are now about to enter the nerve centre of the entire operation.......

We will have a viewing area set up in the workshop where you can see our technicians at work and ask them any questions you might have.

The BMW club have now confirmed they will be here recruiting new members, ans Spinal Research have also confirmed they will be here to talk about their fundraising activities.

:clap

I'll be there, if only for the free grub, chance to meet the chaps from the Blue Light Off Road Club (I'm going to their do on 1st April).

What's the score with the "free safety check" or whatever it was on the card in the post that has now gone to recycling heaven?

It's a 23 point check by a BMW qualified technician to make sure your bike is ready for the summer. And it's free, just call to book a slot.

Escorted demo rides are now sorted for 9.30, 11.00, 13.00 and 14.30. If anyone wants to try one of the new models please call to book.

I won't book a demo ride, thanks. It always ends up costing me lots of money. :blast

(If I still have a job later in they year, there may be a K1600 with my name on it, though... )

If your garden hose stretches from your house then I am sure Tony won't mind you washing it. Whilst your at it ... ;)

Wishful thinking, I live in a flat so I can maintain my BMW :blast! I can still try with a hose attached to my shower though :D

Will there be any discounts on clothing on the day? I'm thinking of getting a Boulder 2 jacket.:beerjug:

Did anyone take any photos on the day? I've been asked to send some in for our company newsletter, but didn't get time to take any.
