Opening a .pak file on Mac

Does anyone know of a program which will unpack a .pak file on Mac? Alternatively, would anyone who has a Windows machine be able to unpack a 45.8 MB file for me, convert it to .zip format and send it back to me?

If I send you a link to the file on WeTransfer, would you be able to download it and convert it to a .zip file?

I think I’ve worked it out. It seems you just upload the .pak file to the CCTV DVR and it unpacks the file to install it.
