How can i open a RAR file ?

Anyone know of any free programmes, i've just throughly confused myself looking online and need some help.

You can download a free trial version which after a while asks you to purchase a proper copy. It still opens any RAR files though after the buy by date.

7 Zip is free and contains no viruses.

The software itself is perfectly safe. Don't know whether Zone objects to Hostmonster or Google which the site links too but I run NoScript so don't even see any of that crap.

Yes, it was the hosting site, not the actual file. I did download from CNet Downloads which I think is usually pretty safe

Downloaded rar opening stuff - opened file - 1002 pages. The one specific part i need is in volume two . Which is 10 pages at most.

In fact so small that it's not worth it being available on the internet to download.

Of course i could buy the complete paper manual to get the extra 10 pages, at a cost of £105.
