has just been released. dunno all the things that have been done, but i'm currently in love with "widgets" little add ons that can sit on your desktop.

shown: analogue clock, caledar, local weather + forecast

also available: babelfish, bbc news etc. etc. all easily switchable on/off, always on top etc.

love the way moving cursor across the page tabs brings up a description and a little pic of page

The yahoo one runs well if you want to keep firefox or explorer too.

never noticed a problem with resources. give it a go, it's free now

i like the fact that only a relatively few people use it, so it attracts very little malware

only time i ever used firefox was recently when i installed linux on a pc that had it bundled. couldn't get on with it so installed opera
probably just a familiarity thing.

i find using it simple, as easy as XP. it's installing stuff that's driving me round the bend i really need to spend a bit of time on it now i've found a promising website "how to install anything in linux" or something.

another enthusiasm injection & i'll have it cracked

try the desktop cd here piece of piss to get booted & running from the "live" cd without installing anything

opera now handles torrents seamlessly too. ok, it's not as good as azureus, but it seems to work
