Location
Hartley, Kent.
Next Wednesday, 16th July, Operation Brock will be put back in place on the M20 between J8 and J9 for the start of the holiday season.

It might be worth leaving a little extra time to get through if you're not a local.

=======

Thank you for the warning.

I have corrected the month.

I have created a sticky, which I’ll unstick when Operstion Brock is lifted.

Wankers. Get peoples holiday off to a miserable start and discourage others from travelling.

M20: Operation Brock to be lifted with road closure - BBC News
Operation Brock, the traffic management system on the M20 in Kent, is being reinstated on Wednesday, July 16th, ahead of the summer holidays. This involves a contraflow system to manage increased cross-channel traffic, particularly during peak travel weekends. The system will be in place between Ashford and Maidstone

I have edited the opening post.

With a bit of sigle lane cross country and loads of traffic + darkness, it's going to be murder on the A249- and a great recipe for missing your train -just like last time...:rolleyes: a year ago... and as LeShuttle have recently changed their policies... give yourself a big margin.
