Operation Saddo - Sod this I'm off again..........

Another cracking RR there Mark :). Just caught up on it. Wish I had the flexibility to just book a ferry and bugger off! Family responsibilities say otherwise but I'd do that at the drop of a hat if I could.

Congrats on the new wheels, and a even bigger CONGRATS on the health front! I've been there, waited for the tests and it's a tough one. So that's great news! :thumb:thumb:thumb:thumb:thumb

Thanks 996

Yes I’d never preach it’s The way to do it.

I’m sure if I had kids wife dog etc I’d have a different view.

Maybe compromise and do a 4 day thing cuffing it in UK

Best wishes to you too

Normally I go with my homies Fluffmeister and Von Stolberg around Germany/Austria etc, but this year that's unlikely. Might have to go to Scotland for a few days or something :)

Thanks B

Well if you fancyScotland let me know.

Always up for that and I have free digs available in a lovely highland village

The NW 500 (over rated imho) is doable based from my place night 1, midway night 2 then back night 3

Anyone wants more give me a shout.

Cheers, mate.... I may well give you a shout later in the year! :beerjug:

S92GS A very entertaining read, that helped pass an hour at work. Thank you. :beerjug:

I can only envy your approach to motorcycling, Mrs N likes scrupulous planning and does not do hotel surprises! :thumby:

Best of health to you.

Thanks Nudi

Occasionally it bites you on the ass, well nibbles really but I do like it.

Im doing The Great Escape again this year which will be great on the Scrambler.

Just read this report and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very entertaining read and brought back memories of my first ride down to Sotogrande many years ago as I followed a similar route.. Glad to hear you’re doing ok and look forward to hearing about your future adventure..

Thanks SE

I’ve booked a month off this year so hopefully do a tour on the utterly unsuitable MV Agusta.

I’m hoping to get to Bulgaria via Transfurgarrassan again and the Alpina, armed with only a credit card toothbrush USD and 2 pairs of y fronts
