After a fantastic trip around the emerald isle I have come to the conclusion that my Schuberth C3 pro is a tad too noisy with regard to wind noise. I like the comfort and the excellent peripheral vision it offers but was wondering if anyone has any advice on a quieter flip front lid, or do I just stick with it?

There’s not much that’s quieter BUT if you’re riding without ear plugs anything will still be noisy.
plus you’ll irreparably fuck your hearing.

Just have to put up with it then.
Not necessarily. I had similar problems and discovered:
• How well ear plugs fit is personal, and I tried innumerable plugs until I found the quietest for me.
• How well does your visor seal? My Schuberth’s visor seal imperceptibly-but-gradually loosened, making the lid noisy. Some other brands have better visor seals.
• Schuberth wasn’t the quietest lid for my height, windscreen, etc. It’s personal. My new Arai Quantic became significantly quieter than my old Schuberth after I fitted hand guards; go figure!

I agree. It's not as simple as it would seem. I thought my C3 Pro was quiet until I bought a Neotec 2. Same bike but different windscreens tried as well.
