Fitted these from M&P (I think). They're made by the same people that make BMW OE mirrors. They're a bit of a pain to fit, as they've a different thread diameter to the OE stuff, but I managed by drilling the left mirror mount and refitting a threaded stud to the right mirror to suit the original recessed nut.
The result is vibration free overlapping view behind, rather than a view of my elbows.
Andy,I have some of the k1200rs mirrors,I think the view is better .But not sure if they suit the gs looks.
Fit ok except, you need to make sure you can use the "cold start lever" properly.I had to file some of the left hand mirror base away.
I've got the K mirrors on my 1150-fitted with no problems. I find them much better than the original ones. However, I think that they're difficult to source second hand and so carry a premium price.
I was offered some K mirrors as a straight swop for my standard ones, I tried them and found them to vibrate and with a poorer rear view so didn't bother.
