Well I am totally hooked, I bought an 1150GS a couple of months ago, then set about looking for a decent riding school to learn how to ride a road bike....
The bike had to spend some time stuck in my parents garage with me paying the occaisional (more like regular) visits just to make sure it was still ok, still big, still yellow and still a bit gorgeous.
I went to MCT in Sheffield and met Andy (the boss), who just happens to be a big fan of GS's.
He kindly took me under his wing and shouted at me enough for me to pass my test this monday! 
The insurance was a bit steep, BMW were the cheapest by some way at £1200!! gulp!
Now I have to remember that every other road user is out to get me and keep my eyes peeled (unlike that stupid effing nissan micra driver who gobbed off at me after pulling out on me)
Time to downgrade my car cos I don't think its going to get used very much now.... roll on summer!
