Our holiday - on a plate .............

The usual suspects went on the annual jaunt down to Provence and Ardeche.............
"Shitehole Jack III" is in tribute to the gite of 2010 which was nicknamed after "Still Game" on TV - "It's a shitehole - Jack!". All holiday accommodation from that year onwards got the moniker, good or bad.

"Flam-Kuchen for me - great!"
In Barr, Alsace - A Plat de Jour for me
"Spag-bol, without the "bol"........ I'll pretend that I like it"
"What part of the lamb is this? can I just have pizza?"
Green Pasta - not a clever choice, it seems.....
My pizza - had to donate some of it to "Mr Green Pasta"
Lasagne for Denis - no complaints
Steak 'n Chips - Good choice!
A BBQ at the gite - The half-chicken BBQ Platter - Yum!
The half-chicken Burnt-Offering..........
"Tell ya what! This steak is brilliant!"
"How come you got the big one, though?"
"Ah cannae believe ah ordered a baked tottie!"
On the ferry home - Rack of Lamb
A satisfied look for a great meal.........
No wonder I was heavier on the way home............
