Our week away.

Super little write up as always. I have to make do with living vicariosly through others trips now so keep 'em coming :thumb

I thought the Stelvio was slightly disappointing too but it needs to be 'ticked'. Approached it from the Umbrail Pass which was cool with a small section of dirt and then descended the way you came up.

Nice one :thumb2

Nice one Mark....I enjoyed that. :thumb2

Especially the 'disclaimer' first paragraph....(:augie)...I really can`t think what led to that being scripted. :P

Thanks for sharing and for the time spent creating your Report. :beerjug:

Interesting report Mark. Was September a deliberate choice regarding traffic on the passes?

Hi Terry,
No, it was timed purely for when Denise's mum could look after her kids. :D
Too much like hard work for her to have them during the school holidays.

Thanks for that :thumb2

How did the Stich perform? Any leaks?

Trev

Hi Trev,
I have been using my 'stich for a couple of years now, and wear it more than ever. Following Fanum's "stand, rearrange, sit." method has eliminated all but the occasional weepage in torrential conditions. For changeable conditions it is my favourite piece of kit. :thumb
