Very suprised her who likes to be obeyed 
said do you fancy taking me out on the bike out today. So without hesitation i was geared up and off we jolly well went, Up to coldstream on to kelso where in the town square on one side the labour supporters, on the other side the conservetive it was funny watching them eyeing each other up. Then off to selkirk on to eterick bridge out to tushielaw then onto st marys lock. In my haste to get out of the house i forgot the camera
It was not that busy so we had a cuppa and some scran them turned for home. We went out at 10am and got back at 4pm 210 mls and a few stops. We had to stop a kelso to get a joint of beef for the sunday dinner. But she is on about going to the metro centre in the morning (without me
) while i try and get the rest of the garage floor painted (maybe). I called in to see the lad who bought my cbx off me in 1986. It had just over 19000mls on it when i sold it to him. Today it has just over 21000mls so in 24 years it has done 2000mls and is still as mint as it was when i sold it. It still has the stickers on the chain ajusters, and the ones on the shockers. He said he used it for the odd run the first year he bought it then it has been laid up until last year. I will get some photos as he is bringing it for mot next week and is going to call in. My bike is booked in for service on wednesday and i have got the new gsa booked for the mornig so it will be a day off work and away playing. (note to self dont forget the camera)
