The better half shopping, and me out on 'The Babe'.
What could go wrong.
Went down between Tobermore and Moneymore up to the masts.
Lovely views and weather.

Dropped 'The Babe' in loose gravel. She just went down. Feck if I could get her up. Waited sometime until a friendly farmer came by. Waited and waited
, then along came one, then another and another. spoilt for choice. Got her up, dusted her time and headed home. Great wee roads and people but think next time, might take company.:)

Older and wiser

I went out to explore some forestry tracks on the XT225. Found a track through some overgrowth. Lots of deer tracks, one mountain bike track and little other sign that anyone had been there for some time.
Thought that I call herself but no signal. I was then that I realised that no one knew where I was. Hadn't told herself where I was exploring, hadn't passed anyone on the trails.

No more solo exploring for me.

I tell the better half the area that I'm in, and if I'm going elsewhere, I let her know otherwise she's on me like a cleg when I get home.
