How do I make a copy of my Outlook address book?

What I would like to do is burn a CD copy of my office networked address book, so that I have it..................just in case (I change jobs for example)

Thank you, in advance, for your help.

:)

IF I remember correctly..........go...........File, export, and somewhere there will be a menu to export address book. I think! L.

thanks very much! It really is that easy. I've now got my contacts burned on a disk.......................just in case!

I'd suggest trying an import of that data to another copy of Outlook some time just to be sure you have got all the data you want. You wouldn't want to try to restore the data at some possible tiome in the future and find that you hadn't got what you want...

Always worth exporting as a comma separated value file too, if that isn't what you did, because almost everything will read that (including eyeballs if you print it out). If your hypothetical new job didn't have Outlook then a ".pst" file will be less than useful.

Thanks Trotsky
more good advice, I now have a .csv file too.

I like your end of the internet link................how true!
