Overland repair workshop - dates

Don't panic if it's all gone quiet = I'm off to Morocco till the 21st. :thumb
 
If you need a real world 1150 to practice a full service, front telelever and rear paralever bearing replacement & ABS failure repair, I can volunteer you my bike for training purposes :rolleyes:

Partners got a new job, office based in Nottingham. We've been invited to their Xmas party, includes them paying for the hotel overnight.

Yup, you guessed Saturday the 16th.

If the workshop ends at 2:00, how long would it take to get to Nottingham? Which in turn would mean a late departure Sunday, to ensure any residual alcohol has gone before I ride back to Eastleigh. This assumes that the workshop ends at 2:00. Too many questions.
 
What do we bring?

Do we need our own bike? :nenau
What about tools? I have loads, mainly new and unused :mmmm
Sandwiches?
Tea! :beer:

Can Tarka come too? :rolleyes:

Don't laugh but.....I want to be able to change a tyre and fix a puncture. Is that covered? :ymca

No tools, no bikes and no parts required. Everything needed will be there .

Decision made. Spend part of Saturday with a bunch of middle aged Tossers, (you're excluded Jaq ; might be a tosser :eek: , but not middle aged) or have a free overnight in Nottingham ,including evening do.

See you some either time, chaps :thumb & chappess :)
